
Only select Ontario Pork legs are used and trimmed to spec. They are then processed and smoked with natural hardwood smoke, then baked until fully cooked. After spiral slicing, a natural honey glaze is then manually applied over the ham to provide a unique finish and defining flavor. For a distinguishing touch the final product is then packed in black netting with a pouch of extra glaze and cooking suggestions.
